When you submit an order or inquiry, we collect contact and billing details (name, organization, email address, phone number, billing information) and order-specific documents and addresses required to execute your requested service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to fulfill your service order, dispatch assigned field agents, process payments via our payment processor (Stripe), and deliver completed Proof of Service documentation. We never sell or rent client data to third parties.

4. Document Security & Retention

All files and order data are transmitted over encrypted TLS/SSL connections. Uploaded service documents are retained for up to 90 days following order completion and then permanently deleted unless longer retention is required for legal or accounting compliance.
